Deposit Unlock Scheme

Where you are a purchaser(s) of a new build property under the [Deposit Unlock Scheme] we will collect the following personal data:

• Name of purchaser(s
• Financial information
• Residential address
• New build property address
• The loan confirmation unique identification number
• The purchaser’s(s’) status (such as first-time buyer)
• Contractual details about the products or services provided
• Mortgage provider and mortgage status
• Any other personal data provided by you as a purchaser

We will usually collect this personal data directly from you but we may also receive it from your lender.

This personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing and operating the [Deposit Unlock Scheme].

We rely on this processing being necessary for the purposes of our and your legitimate interests in connection with the set-up, operation, evolution and administration of the [Deposit Unlock Scheme].

In order to deliver the [Deposit Unlock Scheme] we will share your personal data with certain third parties, including insurance intermediaries such as Arthur J. Gallagher (UK) Limited (t/a Gallagher Re) and Artex Risk Solutions (Guernsey) Limited. We will only share personal data with such third parties to the extent necessary to deliver the [Deposit Unlock Scheme] and we have a contract in place with such third parties to govern this sharing.

We will not transfer your personal data collected through the [Deposit Unlock Scheme] outside of the United Kingdom. However the third parties we share your personal data with may undertake suchtransfers.
