The National New Homes Customer Satisfaction survey was launched in response to recommendations in the Barker Review of Housing in 2004, and is a census of those who purchase new build homes from UK house builders.
We are delighted to have been awarded our twelfth Home Builders Federation (HBF) 5 Star Home Builder Customer Satisfaction award in as many years. Over the past 12 months, over 90% of Croudace customers, as independently polled by the NHBC, would recommend that their friends buy one of our homes.
Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of the Home Builders Federation (HBF) said: “Over recent years there has been a huge industry focus on service and quality and this is the fourth year in a row where over 90% of new home buyers would recommend their builder to a friend.
“We fully support the CMA’s recommendation for a single
mandatory industry consumer code and the provision of access
to the new homes ombudsman for all customers that will lead
to further increases in quality and service standards across the
board.
For a company to achieve 5-star levels of satisfaction is a
significant achievement and shows the commitment from
everyone within the organisation to the customer.”
The Croudace Homes commitment to quality, and the care and attention to detail that commitment demands
are appreciated by our customers; the status of holding a 5 Star Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Award
is a useful guide to indicate the high standard they can expect from a Croudace home.
