This is the Croudace Group Privacy Policy and applies to information that is collected when you visit our website as well as CCTV images collected from our developments and our offices.
You should only submit information to us through this site if you agree we may use it in accordance with this privacy policy.
We recognise the importance both of keeping your information secure and of letting you know what we intend to do with that information.
We may amend our Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our business, website or to data protection legislation. We therefore ask you revisit this privacy policy on a regular basis to ensure that you remain happy with how your information may be used.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Croudace”, and “we” means Croudace Homes Group Limited (Company Number 04373299), and any subsidiaries of that Company, including Croudace Homes Limited (Company Number 00813521). Online forms collect only the information we need to provide you with the service that you have requested, including your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Where we would like more information to help us improve our services, it will be clear that your response is voluntary and that you are free not to provide us with any further information if you would prefer not to.

These cookies are restricted to the “Croudace Connect†function of this website and simply hold a unique ID to prevent a requirement to re-enter your login details. Persistent performance cookies relate to 'Google Analytics' and are used to collect information about how visitors use this website. We use the information to compile reports which can help us to improve the website. These cookies collect information in an anonymous form such as the number of visitors to the site and the pages visited. Croudace uses CCTV cameras at its developments and at its offices for the purpose of security, crime detection and public safety.
We use personal data that you have supplied to us via the website to provide you with information that you have requested. If you ask us to, we will also use your details to send you information about other products and services that may be of interest to you.
You may ask us to remove you from our database at any time by writing to us at the above address. We will also offer you the option of correcting your details and of being removed from our database when we send you email alerts or other information.
We may use CCTV images in the event of a security breach.
Only authorised employees of Croudace have access to information provided via the website or on CCTV camera, unless such information is requested by law enforcement agencies.
We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage.
If you submit your details for the purposes of enquiring about a property and/or a development, the personal information collected by Croudace will be held for the period of time that the development that you enquired about is for sale, plus an additional 6 months thereafter (‘the Time Period’). If you ask for information to be held in respect of more than one development, the Time Period will begin again.
CCTV images are generally deleted after a maximum period of 3 weeks.
