Group Finance Director

Steve is an ACCA Accountant, having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has over 25 years' experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of delivering both financial and operational growth within PLC housebuilders, operating at Director level. Steve joined Croudace Homes in November 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the Group, including reporting, budgeting and forecasting and treasury management. Steve is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
